Your Order

To place an order you can use your own artwork or we can have our in house graphic designer create it for you. Of course depending on how complex your artwork is, we would prefer it be at a current resolution and formatted properly. We will do our best to work with what you give us.

We prefer vector artwork, either in form of an (.eps) or (.ai) file, or for printing photos strictly a high resolution (.psd) or (.jpg). The resolution needs to be at leas 300 DPI or 300 Pixels/Inch.

If you plan on designing your own artwork from scratch please do it in Adobe Illustrator with the following settings. For the Front Left Chest there is a maximum of 5 inches wide and no restriction on height. When saving the file remember to create outlines on all of your text or fonts because we may not have them. Also make sure the resolution is 300 DPI. For the Full Front Chest or Full Back we recommend 10 inches wide and 8 inches high for men’s shirts and for women’s we recommend 8 inches wide by 7 inches high.

Returns

How do I return an order?
We do all we can to return items, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your shirts. First, you must request a return authorization from our customer service department at (service@theT-SHIRTstore.com). You must contact us within 30 days of receipt. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit, less shipping. We do not have an exchange policy.

NOTE: We do not accept returns on washed or worn shirts nor do we accept returns for custom or sale shirts.

We will make your text fit in our recommended work area, with your desired text height, width, number of lines, and preferred spacing, giving you that sleek professional look you really want! How do I place my order?
Although we encourage our customers to place orders using our fax or telephone/email ordering system, you can place an order in person.

To place a fax order: Print out our online Order Form, select the item(s) you wish to order from our “your design, occasions or t-shirt menu ORDER NOW clicks.” Fill out all required fields and send via fax to (773) 342.8246. Call us at (773) 342.8245 with your credit card number. We will then place your order. Please fill out an order form for each different garment and/or different garment layout. Don’t forget to sign form.

To place an email order:Submit your online Order Form, and select the item(s) you wish to order from our “your design, occasions or t-shirt menu ORDER NOW clicks” which will email us at artwork@theT-SHIRTstore.com. Call us at (773) 342.8245 with your credit card number. We will then place your order. Please fill out an order form for each different garment and/or different garment layout.

To place an order in person:Print out our online Order Form, select the item(s) you wish to order from our “your design, occasions or t-shirt menu ORDER NOW clicks”. Fill out all required fields, bring to us at our store location. Pay cash or credit. We will then place your order. Most likely a one (1) T-shirt order should be produced within 1 hour (depending on our workload). Please fill out an order form for each different garment and/or different garment layout. Don’t forget to sign form.

What is your shipping turn around time?
We strive to typically ship orders placed before 2 PM CST that same day. All orders placed after 2 PM CST will most likely ship the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for production PLUS the number of shipping days you select.
NOTE: We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Do you charge sales tax?
theT-SHIRTstore.com is located in Chicago, Illinois. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders placed or shipped within Illinois. Orders shipped outside of Illinois are not subject to sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. All payments must be denominated in U.S. dollars.
